Santander is seeking a Senior Analyst - Global Product based in Boadilla (Madrid) to own front-office cash-management products. You will collaborate with client origination teams, design innovative features, and drive end-to-end delivery across geographies with a focus on regulatory compliance and market trends.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in product ownership, and fluent English. A hybrid work model is offered with strong focus on stakeholder collaboration and performance

Formación

• Product Owner / product management experience of 3+ years.
• Experience in banking or finance is preferred.
• Knowledge of platforms and APIs is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute global product strategy for cash management across client segments.
• Collaborate with origination teams to gather client needs and translate into global solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end product delivery, from ideation to go-to-market and compliance alignment.
• Analyze KPIs to drive product evolution and capital allocation.
