Santander Corporate & Investment Banking is seeking a Senior Analyst – Global Product (Global Cash Management) to drive product strategy for cash management across geographies. You will partner with front office, clients, and origination teams to shape innovative, platform-based solutions leveraging APIs, AI, and emerging tech.

Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery, KPI governance, and market-informed roadmaps, with a hybrid work model in Madrid region. Fluency in English is required.

• 3+ years product ownership/management experience.
• Experience in banking, finance, or technology sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• English fluency (C1 or higher) required.

Senior Analyst – Global Product (Global Cash Management)

Location: Boadilla (Madrid), Spain. Role: Front Office Product Owner.

Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (Santander CIB) is a global division supporting corporate and institutional clients. This role contributes to the transformation to a technology‑driven organization, enhancing customer‑centric products and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret key indicators (client, market, regulatory) to create innovative, highly functional products for multiple client segments served by GTB Cash.
• Collaborate directly with clients and client origination teams to understand their challenges across geographies; aggregate needs to create global solutions.
• Apply technology, innovation, and market trends to design new products for existing and prospective clients; experience with APIs, Blockchain, AI, and platform‑based products is preferred.
• Use ISO20022 standards and SWIFT payment regulations as applicable.
• Execute end‑to‑end product delivery: ideation, business case, global strategy, funding request, book‑of‑work coordination, new product approval (compliance, legal), go‑to‑market strategy, and stakeholder oversight.
• Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics; aggregate data globally to guide product evolution, modification, and CAPEX requests.
• Collaborate with origination teams (Corporate & Financial Institutions); build and prioritize the product development pipeline; support client engagement through meetings and events.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 3+ years product ownership / product management experience (product role required).
• Experience in banking, finance, or technology sectors (required).
• Experience with corporate and investment banking products advantageous.
• Experience with platform business models advantageous.
• Understanding of emerging and existing technologies (APIs, AI, Blockchain) a major advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• English fluency (C1 or higher) required.
• Strong analytical skills; excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
