Job summary

Amenitiz is expanding its product surface with AI-powered experiences, and you will own the adoption outcomes for Tier 1 launches. You’ll work with Product and Engineering to define activation events, tracking plans, and readiness criteria, ensuring nothing ships without measuring adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product marketing, growth, or product roles focused on adoption and activation in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on with product analytics and data-based decision making.
• Able to define events with Engineering and pull/analyse product data in SQL or analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Define adoption before we ship with activation events and tracking plans.
• Diagnose why adoption stalls and fix blockers in product paths or workflows.
• Own adoption outcomes for Tier 1 launches and shape activation flows.
• Prototype fixes when friction is spotted, e.g., onboarding flow improvements or in-app guides.
• Automate release communications and pipelines to convert shipped features into customer-facing info.
• Explain complex features in clear language for customers and internal teams.
• Enable customer-facing teams with concise Launch Briefs.
