Finom is seeking a Growth & Activation product analytics analyst to shape how new customers discover, start using, and grow with the product. You will define experiments, metrics, and readouts with PMs and engineers in a fast-moving, evidence-based environment.

You will design tests, set activation metrics, and build testing infrastructure that scales across product teams. You’ll apply SQL, Python, and causal methods, and leverage AI tools daily to deliver actionable insights for stakeholders

Formación

• End-to-end product analytics that influenced roadmap decisions.
• Experience choosing or building tooling for tests and metrics.
• Daily use of SQL, Python and experimentation in a product context.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to identify problems worth solving.
• Define experiments, metrics, and readouts for activation and growth.
• Design tests with hypotheses, audiences, duration, and interpretation.
• Automate testing workflows and build scalable testing infrastructure.
• Promote a testing culture across product teams using internal or external tools.
