Job summary

SITA is seeking a Delivery/Bid Professional to support bid processes across regional geographies. You will design delivery solutions, work with cross-functional teams, and tailor standard texts for customer proposals while ensuring alignment with service delivery models.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in bid support or service design, IT service experience, and ITIL familiarity. Flexible working options and a global customer base are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in service design or delivery activities, preferably in a global organization.
• Proven project management skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and cost the project and delivery solution for standard, customized and large or complex projects.
• Represent the Delivery function in bid processes, aiding with client communications and negotiations.
• Collaborate with bid manager to define the Project & Delivery Management portion of the solution.
• Provide variations to standard texts in proposals and contractual documents for defined services.
• Develop and update templates for standard texts in proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Proposal Management, Solution Designers and SITA teams for RFPs and partner engagement.
• Study and qualify customer and product management requests for delivery requirements.
• Define optimal cost and integrated delivery models to meet customer needs.
• Support service improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
