Astek Iberia in Spain seeks an experienced Senior PMO to lead governance, planning, and delivery oversight for a Global ERP Transformation Program. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage RAID, and ensure alignment with business stakeholders.

You will collaborate with a leading global system integrator, report to senior leadership, and drive program budgets, dashboards, and executive materials. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Senior PMO or Program PMO in large-scale transformation projects.
• Strong expertise in PMO Governance, Integrated Planning, RAID Management, Budget & Financial Tracking.
• Experience coordinating external System Integrators (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, IBM).
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leadership and exec committees.
• Outstanding reporting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Professional fluency in English; proficient with MS Project and related tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead PMO governance activities across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Maintain and consolidate integrated program plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
• Monitor program budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and Steering Committee materials.
• Ensure alignment between internal teams and external partners.
• Track program performance, progress, and delivery risks.
• Support stakeholder communication and decision-making processes.
• Drive consistency in project management methodologies, standards, and reporting practices.
