Astek Iberia is seeking a Senior PMO to govern, plan, report, and oversee delivery for a global ERP transformation program. The role collaborates with business stakeholders and top systems integrators to ensure program alignment across workstreams.

The candidate brings 5–8 years in Senior PMO roles, strong RAID and budgeting expertise, and excellent communication. The position offers 100% remote work and opportunities to influence a large-scale, international transformation.

Formación

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Senior PMO or Program PMO in large-scale transformation.
• Strong expertise in PMO Governance, Integrated Planning, RAID Management, Budget & Financial Tracking.
• Experience coordinating external System Integrators (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, IBM).
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leadership and exec committees.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills; fluent in English; proficient in MS Project and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead PMO governance activities across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Maintain and consolidate integrated program plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
• Monitor program budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and Steering Committee materials.
• Ensure alignment between internal teams and external partners.
• Track program performance, progress, and delivery risks.
• Support stakeholder communication and decision-making processes.
• Drive consistency in project management methodologies, standards, and reporting practices.
