Astek Iberia is hiring a Senior PMO to govern and oversee a global ERP transformation program with 100% remote work. You will lead governance, planning, reporting, risk management, and delivery oversight across multiple workstreams in the Consumer Healthcare sector.

The role requires 5–8 years in senior PMO roles within large-scale transformations, strong skills in RAID, budgeting, and stakeholder management, and fluency in English.

Formación

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Senior PMO, Program PMO, or Program Management professional within large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in: PMO Governance, Integrated Planning, RAID Management, Budget & Financial Tracking.
• Experience managing and coordinating external System Integrators (Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, IBM, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership and executive committees.
• Excellent reporting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in: MS Project (or equivalent planning tools), Microsoft Excel, Portfolio and Project Reporting tools, Professional fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead PMO governance activities across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Maintain and consolidate integrated program plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
• Monitor program budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and Steering Committee materials.
• Ensure alignment between internal teams and external partners.
• Track program performance, progress, and delivery risks.
• Support stakeholder communication and decision-making processes.
• Drive consistency in project management methodologies, standards, and reporting practices.
