Astek Iberia seeks an experienced Senior PMO to govern, plan, and oversee a global ERP transformation program. This 100% remote role partners with business stakeholders, project teams, and external system integrators to drive delivery across multiple workstreams.

You will manage RAID, budgets, dashboards, and executive reporting, maintain integrated program plans, and ensure consistent project management standards.

Formación

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Senior PMO, Program PMO, or Program Management professional within large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in: PMO Governance, Integrated Planning, RAID Management, Budget & Financial Tracking.
• Experience managing and coordinating external System Integrators (Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, IBM, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership and executive committees.
• Excellent reporting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in: MS Project (or equivalent planning tools), Microsoft Excel, Portfolio and Project Reporting tools, Professional fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead PMO governance activities across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Maintain and consolidate integrated program plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
• Monitor program budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and Steering Committee materials.
• Ensure alignment between internal teams and external partners.
• Track program performance, progress, and delivery risks.
• Support stakeholder communication and decision-making processes.
• Drive consistency in project management methodologies, standards, and reporting practices.
