Astek Iberia is seeking an experienced Senior PMO to lead governance, planning, reporting and risk management across large transformation programs.

You will work with business stakeholders and external system integrators to ensure delivery alignment and high-quality program execution. The role emphasizes strong communication, MS Project proficiency, and English fluency, with a collaborative, multicultural team.

Formación

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Senior PMO, Program PMO, or Program Management professional within large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in PMO Governance, Integrated Planning, RAID Management, Budget & Financial Tracking.
• Experience coordinating external System Integrators (Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, IBM, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership and executive committees.
• Excellent reporting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project (or equivalent planning tools), Microsoft Excel, Portfolio and Project Reporting tools, professional fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead PMO governance activities across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Maintain and consolidate integrated program plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
• Monitor program budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and Steering Committee materials.
• Ensure alignment between internal teams and external partners.
• Track program performance, progress, and delivery risks.
• Support stakeholder communication and decision-making processes.
• Drive consistency in project management methodologies, standards, and reporting practices.
