Experian is seeking a Senior PMO Manager to lead governance across a portfolio of strategic initiatives and ensure delivery of transformation programs aligned with our priorities.

You will establish standards, drive portfolio oversight, manage executive reporting, and partner with senior leaders to optimize scope, milestones, budgets, and benefits realization in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years of project, program, or PMO leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale transformation, technology, or business change initiatives.
• Experience operating in a complex global or multinational organization.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
• Demonstrated experience presenting to senior executives and steering committees.

Responsabilidades

• Lead PMO governance across a portfolio of strategic projects and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure projects are aligned with business objectives, priorities, and budget commitments.
• Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, tools, and reporting frameworks.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive consistency in project planning, execution, and benefits realization.
• Oversee the delivery of large-scale, cross-functional programs.
• Partner with senior leaders to define objectives, scope, milestones, and success measures.
• Facilitate governance forums and executive-level reporting.
• Ensure effective management of timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Support change management and organizational readiness activities.
• Build relationships with executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Act as trusted advisor on delivery, governance, and transformation best practices.
• Prepare and present updates to senior leadership with risks and mitigations.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and reviews.
• Track program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Monitor financial performance and project benefits realization.
• Ensure investments deliver business value.
• Support annual planning cycles and portfolio prioritization processes.
• Implement risk management and issue resolution processes.
• Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and audit requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and decision logs.
• Drive continuous improvement across the PMO.
