Factorial HR is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape and scale a strategic product area, driving GTM strategy and launches across Europe and the USA. You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure market-ready messaging and impactful campaigns.

You will work with leadership to analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and build compelling product narratives, pricing and packaging alongside the Product team.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing in SaaS (B2B) with proven market launches.
• Experience managing large projects with many stakeholders, GTM campaigns and product launches.
• Business-driven with ability to analyse data for growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Versatile generalist with product, marketing and business know-how.

Responsabilidades

• Own GTM strategies for new product launches from concept to ROI assessment with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing and Partners on launch plans.
• Drive project management for GTM campaigns to meet deadlines and deliver results.
• Ensure brand-consistent messaging across ads, freebies, and reports.
• Collaborate with Product teams on roadmap planning and market insights.
• Train Sales and Marketing teams with value, use cases and differentiators.
• Create product updates for customer changelogs and communicate outcomes.
