TravelPerk is seeking an experienced Product Manager to shape the post-booking journey for Travel Journeys. You will partner with cross-functional teams to turn insights into a coherent product vision and incremental delivery, aiming to make TravelPerk’s agents 10x more productive while keeping the agent experience simple for travelers.

You’ll own a flagship product, mentor fellow PMs, and collaborate with design, engineering and finance stakeholders to translate user needs into clear

Formación

• 5+ years at an Internet-based company with at least 2 years as a Product Manager.
• Strong focus on UX design and experience building customer-facing products.
• Comfort with finance concepts and collaboration with finance stakeholders.
• Experience breaking down complex projects into milestones with incremental value.
• Ability to learn multiple business domains (engineering, design, finance, data) and to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Data-driven product management; translate user needs into product requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Generate insights through quantitative and qualitative data and translate them into strategy.
• Articulate vision and context for product areas to motivate teams and inform stakeholders.
• Define strategies with clear problem framing, approach, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and operations to deliver value iteratively.
• Provide product training and maintain documentation.
• Practice servant-leadership to empower teams and optimize their way of working.
• Mentor and train fellow product managers; may line-manage a small PM group.
