Perk seeks a Staff Product Manager in Travel & Spend to merge budgets and expenses into a single flow. You’ll own the Spend ecosystem vision, shape strategy, and lead execution with customer insights and data. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and our AI-enabled platform teams to deliver scalable, end-to-end experiences for finance teams worldwide.

You’ll navigate ambiguity, research user needs, and drive squads toward impactful, revenue-driving outcomes while balancing speed and quality.

Formación

• Understanding the entire expense lifecycle from spend inception to automated reconciliation.
• Ability to make data-driven product decisions with strong analytical skills.
• Experience leading engineers and designers toward a common goal in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across stakeholders.
• Passion for AI, demonstrated via hands-on building or prototyping.
• Proficiency with prototyping tools and design collaboration platforms.
