Perk is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the post-booking experience, from trip confirmation to traveller safely home. You will unify AI-powered support, triage, self-serve tools, and live agents into one cohesive journey.

You’ll partner with product, operations, AI and customer care to ship seven-star service, shape the future of post-booking, and lead with data-driven decisions in a global, IRL-first company culture.
