Perk is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the post-booking experience, from trip confirmation to traveler safe return. You will unite AI-powered tools with human support to deliver a seamless, seven-star service across chat, email and touchpoints.

You will craft a cohesive journey, partnering with product, operations, AI and care teams, while maintaining a sharp product vision and strong execution discipline to deliver measurable impact.
