Perk is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the Travel & Spend product team and redefine how modern businesses manage money on the move. You will own the Spend ecosystem, merge travel and expenses, and collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and lean squads to build end-to-end solutions.

You will navigate ambiguity, deeply research unmet user needs, and drive execution across multiple squads while advancing AI-driven product strategies.

• Understand the full expense lifecycle from spend inception to automated reconciliation.
