Perk is seeking a Staff Product Designer for Perk Events to own the experiences of our group travel and events platform, an all-in-one solution for booking providers and coordinating attendees. You’ll shape multi-sided flows across corporate planners, suppliers, and participants, guiding the product toward simpler, more impactful outcomes.

Formación

• Staff-level IC with end-to-end ownership experience at scale.
• Ability to design complex, multi-step product flows with architectural thinking.
• Strong customer empathy and design thinking to validate decisions.
• Data-driven decision making using qualitative and quantitative signals.
• Ability to influence product direction within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to convey design rationale.
• Fluency with AI patterns and when to apply them in product design.
• Proficiency with prototyping tools and design systems (Figma, Git).

Responsabilidades

• Own the Events experience end to end across personas and stages.
• Lead strategic conversations with leadership on direction and scope.
• Collaborate with PM, engineering, and events teams from scope-setting onward.
• Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions.
• Bridge user needs with business goals; articulate rationale for what gets built.
• Prototype rapidly to explore interaction patterns and speed up decision-making.
• Stay current on AI trends and shape Perk's design perspective.
• Mentor and uplift the team; raise craft standards across Events.
