Job summary

Power Factors is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Manager Lead to drive end‑to‑end delivery across a defined Cluster within the SCADA Delivery Center of Excellence. You will own the delivery, financial performance, and team execution for a portfolio of projects spanning multiple regions.

You will partner closely with a Technical Lead to balance delivery management with engineering quality, while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, and budget

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering and hands‑on project leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex initiatives in energy/SCADA domains.
• Strong communication & stakeholder-management skills across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PM cluster with end‑to‑end accountability for delivery, P&L, and team performance.
• Collaborate with the Technical Lead to ensure delivery quality and engineering excellence.
• Manage client relationships, milestones, budgets, and Change Orders with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide forward‑looking portfolio planning and risk mitigation across portfolios and regions.
• Coach and develop Project Managers and drive process improvements in delivery.
