Job summary

Ramboll Energy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex national and international projects in critical infrastructure, HV cables, substations, offshore wind, or data centers. You will oversee concept development, design, procurement, and commissioning while coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

We value extensive PM experience, leadership, and technical precision. The role emphasizes client liaison, QA/QC adherence, and adherence to power systems standards within a global engineering

Qualifications

Electrical engineering degree (B.Eng./BS/MS).
Experience with critical infrastructure HV cables/substations, offshore wind or data centers.
Significant PM experience in similar roles.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Knowledge of project stages: siting, feasibility, FEED, EPC.

Responsibilities

Manage time, quality and financial aspects on projects to meet deadlines and success criteria across infrastructure domains.
Guide and review designs; assess electrical system studies and calculations.
Ensure QA/QC procedures are implemented and codes and standards followed.
Host and lead design meetings with multiple disciplines and coordinate work.
Build client relationships and align projects with client objectives.
