Power Factors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate utility-scale SCADA projects in Spain, Portugal, and Western Europe, including Spain-based engagements in Andalusia. You will manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications from sales through commissioning.

You will collaborate with engineers, suppliers, and clients worldwide, ensuring quality deliverables, enforcing processes, and delivering successful outcomes for renewable energy assets.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical, Automation, or Power Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in a project management role.
• Experience in renewable energy, power systems, or SCADA.
• Strong understanding of power grids and renewable infrastructure.
• Experience delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate SCADA project execution plans from sales to commissioning.
• Own project timelines, deliverables, invoicing milestones, and closure.
• Maintain daily client communication and ensure timely follow-up.
• Enforce company processes and project/task management tools.
• Collaborate with clients to define scope, deliverables, and milestones.
• Maintain and update project plans with focus on billing and timelines.
• Work with technical managers, engineers, subcontractors, and regional stakeholders.
• Plan and monitor internal workflows and resource allocations.
• Oversee handoffs to support teams and evaluate outcomes.
• Define scope of work, statements of work, task breakdowns, and milestones.
• Coordinate comprehensive project documentation.
• Participate in coordination meetings and present status updates.
