Power Factors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate utility-scale SCADA projects across Spain, Portugal, and West Europe. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and serve as the primary client interface through sales to commissioning.

The role requires a proactive communicator with a background in electrical/power engineering and 5+ years in project management, plus proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Google Workspace.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical, Automation, or Power Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar project management role.
• Background in renewable energy, power systems or SCADA integration.
• Strong client-facing and coordination capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate SCADA project execution from sales to commissioning.
• Own project timelines, milestones, and invoicing deliverables.
• Maintain daily client communication and timely follow-ups.
• Plan, monitor, and allocate internal resources and workflows.
• Ensure quality assurance and adherence to HSE standards on site.
