Power Factors, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Manager Lead to direct a delivery Cluster within the SCADA Delivery Center of Excellence. You will own end-to-end delivery, financial performance, and team execution across portfolios and regions, reporting to the VP of the Center of Excellence.

You will manage Project Managers, collaborate with a Technical Lead, and drive ongoing improvement in delivery processes, resource planning, and cross-functional coordination to meet strategic goals

Formación

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in project and/or program management.
• Experience in the energy, renewables, SCADA, or enterprise-technology sector.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the assigned PM Cluster with full end-to-end accountability for delivery outcomes, financial performance, and team execution.
• Define the Cluster’s operational priorities, structure workload across the PM team, and ensure the right resources are allocated to the right projects and regions at all times.
• Partner closely with the Cluster’s Technical Lead to ensure delivery management, financial performance, customer communication, and team execution; technical ownership lies with the Technical Lead.
• Serve as the single point of escalation for delivery issues within the Cluster; proactively manage risks before they impact commitments.
• Maintain a 6- to 24-month forward-looking plan for the Cluster, identifying resource gaps and new product requirements in coordination with leadership.
• Ensure all projects within the Cluster are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Monitor cluster-level KPIs and health metrics; elevate issues with mitigations to senior leadership.
• Directly manage a team of Project Managers; provide coaching and mentoring on delivery practices, communication, risk, and tools.
• Organize portfolio-level reviews with customers; maintain alignment on priorities and escalation paths.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Production, Logistics, and IT to ensure smooth execution.
