Enfuce seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Issuing team to shape core payment processing capabilities. You will own complex areas with autonomy, translating business strategy into technical execution and delivering scalable, future-proof payment services.

You will collaborate with engineers, data analysts and stakeholders to maximize impact while guiding teams through discovery and delivery with a data-driven approach. Remote-friendly role with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management with cross-functional leadership.
• Experience in payments, card issuing or financial services.
• Experience in high-growth, regulated environments.
• Strategic thinking with KPI alignment.
• Strong data analysis and decision-making abilities.
• Collaborative leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Own the product strategy and execution within the Issuing domain.
