Siemens Advanta is seeking a Strategy Project Leader to drive digital transformation initiatives across industries. You will lead interdisciplinary, international projects and shape strategic advice for clients, presenting insights to executives.

The role requires a Master’s degree with 7+ years in consulting or related sectors, a structured, client-focused approach, and fluency in Spanish and English (German a plus). Siemens Advanta offers diverse benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

Master's degree or equivalent experience with extensive leadership responsibility.
At least seven years in management consulting, renowned industrial companies, or start-ups with in-depth consulting expertise.
Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Proven track record in leading, developing, and mentoring project teams.
Structured, customer-focused, and collaborative working style in dynamic environments.
Business fluent in Spanish and English; German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Lead projects and collaborate with client management on strategy formulation and implementation.
Design and deploy customized business strategies and roadmaps with clients.
Conduct market, competitive, and financial analyses to craft strategic advice.
Present project insights and strategies to management to influence decisions.
Mentor and develop team members to improve project outcomes.
