SGS is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – AI & Innovation to lead pragmatic AI initiatives across Business Assurance IT. You will work directly with AI tools, develop prompts, test use cases, and translate business needs into scalable solutions.

The role spans POCs, MVPs, automation, and digital products, requiring collaboration with IT, Operations, Sales, and global stakeholders. Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus; hybrid/remote work is offered.

Formación

• Five+ years in project management, digital transformation, or related field.
• Experience in Certification/Business Assurance industry is strongly preferred.
• Track record delivering technology-enabled or business transformation projects from concept to implementation.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools, prompt engineering for business use cases.
• Experience managing AI, automation, analytics, or digital product initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience in global, matrix organisations with cross-geo collaboration.
• An agile, experimental mindset; able to turn ideas into practical solutions.
• English fluency; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI, automation, and innovation projects from concept to deployment and adoption.
• Hands-on with AI tools; develop, test, and refine prompts for business use cases.
• Translate operational challenges into AI use cases, workflows, experiments, prototypes.
• Conduct structured experimentation, gather feedback, iterate to improve solutions.
• Partner with technical teams and business users to scale concepts.
• Promote responsible AI use with data quality, governance, and measurable value.
• Manage POCs, MVPs, pilots, digital products and business transformations.
• Develop clear plans, budgets, timelines, risk controls, and adoption steps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Maintain momentum and ensure measurable business value and impact.
• Balance governance with agile, delivery-focused approach.
• Identify opportunities for AI, automation, analytics, and emerging tech.
• Support AI roadmap development and execution.
• Drive rapid prototyping, experimentation, validation, and scaling of solutions.
• Assist stakeholders in adopting AI where it adds value.
