Green Eagle Solutions is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design and evolve our Internal Developer Platform, empowering engineering teams to ship safely, quickly and autonomously.

You will lead platform design, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure tooling, embedding observability, security and cost awareness as standard practice across the organization. The role emphasizes ownership, impact, and cross-team collaboration.

Formación

• Solid experience in Platform Engineering at senior level.
• Strong programming skills (Python, Go or similar).
• Experience designing CI/CD systems at scale and Kubernetes/containerised environments.

Responsabilidades

• Internal Developer Platform: design and build the platform for teams to create, deploy and operate services with minimal friction.
• Self-service infrastructure: build modules on Terraform and GitOps principles to reduce onboarding time.
• Embed observability, security and compliance into the platform by default and improve cost visibility and efficiency.
• AI-assisted engineering enablement: integrate AI tooling into workflows with high quality controls.
• Platform as a product: own the platform roadmap and measure adoption, impact and satisfaction.
