As a Staff Software Engineer, you will own the most ambiguous, cross‑cutting technical problems, set direction, mentor senior engineers, and create leverage across teams. This is a senior IC role focused on architecture, reliability, scalable systems, and AI‑assisted

Formación

• Significant experience as a senior IC in complex production environments.
• Strong foundations in architecture, distributed systems, or platform engineering.
• Experience driving ambiguous cross‑team initiatives to adoption without formal authority.

Responsabilidades

• Define and guide evolution of our product and platform architecture.
• Lead complex, ambiguous initiatives from discovery to adoption.
• Establish standards and patterns for engineering and operational quality.
• With Platform Engineering, define production readiness criteria and SLOs.
