Frontiers is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to help evolve the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) and AI-first delivery capabilities. You will treat the platform as a product, own a capability end to end, and ship golden paths, guardrails and automation that let our stream-aligned teams deliver faster and more safely.

You’ll work with Azure, Kubernetes, Backstage and modern CI/CD, define reference patterns and ADRs, mentor engineers, and partner with the Platform Product Manager and Senior

Formación

• You've built and shipped production software in C#/.NET, Node.js, Python, Go or similar.
• 5+ years building and operating cloud platforms or infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on Azure and Kubernetes experience.
• Terraform and Helm; GitOps with ArgoCD.
• Modern CI/CD pipelines; GitHub Actions preferred.
• Security/compliance as code and policy-as-code basics.
• Professional-level English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Build and operate the IDP and guardrails.
• Own CI/CD and GitOps migrations off Azure DevOps.
• Provision cloud infrastructure as code (Azure, AKS, APIM, Key Vault) with Terraform and Helm.
• Improve observability and reliability with NewRelic and Grafana; define SLOs.
• Advance AI-First Delivery and agent workflows; govern non-human identities.
• Design platform as a product; mentor engineers and drive adoption.
