Green Eagle Solutions seeks a senior IC to shape architecture and platform strategy for our energy-automation platform ARSOS. You will own system design, data flows and production readiness, guiding multiple teams and critical codebases.

You will drive reliability, observability, and AI-assisted engineering with measurable impact. The role blends hands-on coding with technical leadership in a hybrid setup across Madrid and Seville.

Formación

• Significant experience as a senior IC in complex production environments.
• Strong foundations in architecture, distributed systems, or platform engineering.
• Experience with cloud-native systems, APIs, data flows and observability.

Responsabilidades

• Define and guide the evolution of product and platform architecture, including data flows, boundaries, integrations and production readiness.
• Lead complex, ambiguous initiatives from discovery to adoption, aligning stakeholders and setting direction.
• Establish and promote engineering standards and patterns at scale (observability, SLOs, incident practice).
• Set how AI is used, with quality criteria, validation and security considerations.
• Mentor senior engineers and Tech Leads through reviews and collaboration.
• Partner with Product and leadership to align architectural investments with customer impact.
