hiring is seeking a DevOps Manager for the Internal Applications team to lead software developers and DevOps engineers. You will create the right environment for success, drive pragmatic engineering culture, and align delivery with business value.

You will guide priorities, decisions, and roadmaps, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability across internal platforms while promoting strong engineering practices and collaboration with stakeholders.

Formación

• Experience leading software engineering, DevOps, platform, or infrastructure teams.
• Strong technical background in software development and modern engineering practices.
• Proven ability to manage diverse teams and seniority levels.
• Deep knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, automation, deployment pipelines, and operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team of software developers and DevOps engineers.
• Own the delivery, evolution, and operational quality of internal applications and services.
• Define clear team goals, priorities, delivery plans, and success criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Drive product direction and roadmap for internal applications.
• Guide architecture decisions balancing quality, scalability, and business impact.
• Promote engineering practices like clean code, testing, reviews, observability, and maintainability.
• Drive CI/CD adoption, deployment automation, and release processes.
• Support development and operation of applications using Python, Django, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack, GitLab, and Nexus.
