Haddock is seeking a Senior DevOps / SRE Engineer to own platform initiatives, contribute code, and drive cost efficiency for AI workloads. You will balance classic platform work with AI stack reliability, while improving CI/CD and observability across the engineering org.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with a fast-moving team in Barcelona and beyond, and engage in architecture decisions that shape the next phase of our infrastructure and tooling.

Formación

• 5+ years of engineering experience in platform, infrastructure or SRE in startups.
• Hands-on with cloud infra, VPCs, networking, IAM and secrets management.
• Experience tuning databases (PostgreSQL) and improving CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with observability tools and AI/analytic workloads.
• Fluent in Spanish and comfortable communicating in English.

Responsabilidades

• Own platform initiatives across the stack, improving reliability and speed.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and developer productivity across squads.
• Optimize AI workload cost and performance, instrumenting workflows.
• Design and scale data infrastructure (PostgreSQL, caches, queues, pub/sub).
• Lead technical decisions on analytics stack (Elasticsearch/BigQuery/ClickHouse).
