EPAM Systems in Madrid is seeking a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer to help software teams migrate to the cloud and adopt DevOps best practices. The role supports Agile Release Trains and product teams onboarding to the internal DevOps platform and Azure services.

Based in Madrid city center with a hybrid schedule, you will lead CI/CD migrations, educate teams on automated pipelines, and ensure secure-by-design cloud transformations while aligning with enterprise standards.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on application development in Java, .NET, or Python.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and migrating toolchains (Bitbucket/Jenkins to GitLab).
• Strong DevOps knowledge, Git workflows, and modern delivery practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services and Infrastructure-as-Code.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard Agile Release Trains and product teams to the internal DevOps platform and Azure services.
• Migrate CI/CD pipelines to GitLab, ensuring alignment with platform standards.
• Educate and enable DevOps practices, CI/CD automation and cloud-native development.
• Create templates, documentation and training materials to improve developer experience.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise standards and compliance controls during migrations.
• Collaborate with cross-team stakeholders and participate in Agile ceremonies.
