Job summary

seQura is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join our Platform team in a hybrid role. You will design and operate highly available distributed systems in a cloud-native AWS environment, with a focus on security, compliance, and reliability for a regulated fintech.

You’ll work on AI-assisted development, build autonomous agents, and own infrastructure decisions end-to-end, partnering with product and security teams to scale our platform across markets while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Designed and operated highly available distributed systems in production.
• Proven experience scaling infrastructure at a global scale.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform in production.
• Experience working with AI agents in engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate highly available distributed systems in production.
• Scale infrastructure to support international expansion while controlling costs.
• Work with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Terragrunt, and GitOps tooling to deliver reliable platforms.
• Own platform decisions end-to-end and drive security/compliance in a fintech context.
