Job summary

Technosylva is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to build and run the core services of our AI platform, including gateway integrations, the skills/plugins review pipeline, and the MCP registry. You’ll handle cost and observability tooling, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure reliable production AI services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and running production services in software/platform/DevOps or SRE.
• Hands-on with LLM APIs including streaming and structured outputs.
• Experience integrating API/LLM gateways (Azure API Management, LiteLLM, Portkey, OpenRouter, Kong).
• Practical AI coding agents and extension models with safety and maintainability focus.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and IaC on major cloud (ideally Azure).
• CI/CD experience including automated validation and review pipelines.
• Security collaboration with security teams and incident response.
• Observability tooling and on-call for production systems.

Responsibilities

• Gateway operations & integration: routing, auth, rate limits, quotas, metadata tagging.
• Skills/plugins pipeline: automated validation, review gates, versioning and releases.
• Curated MCP registry: server intake, security reviews, allowlisting with SLA.
• FinOps tagging & reporting: cost tagging and dashboards for attribution.
• Observability & evaluation: tracing, metrics, evals, dashboards for latency and cost.
• Agent identity & secrets: scoped identities and secret management.
• Security collaboration: work with security on reviews, incident response, controls.
• Model routing operations: routing rules, fallbacks, load balancing and cost impact.
• Self-service & enablement: golden-path templates, CLIs, docs; office hours.
• Operations: on-call rotations, incident handling and runbooks.
