Job summary

Quantion, a business digital transformation services company, is seeking senior profiles with hands-on AI experience to design, develop, and integrate AI-powered engineering capabilities. You will build reusable AI-enabled solutions and integrate developer tools into a cohesive AI-driven ecosystem to support AI-enabled software development practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Strong software engineering with Python/Java/TypeScript.
• Experience integrating LLMs, AI APIs, and agent frameworks into production systems.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, MCP, and AI agent concepts.
• Experience with CI/CD, testing, containerization, and cloud-native development.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered engineering capabilities and reusable components.
• Develop integrations with AI models, developer tools, and software delivery platforms.
• Create reusable platform capabilities to accelerate AI adoption across teams.
• Define automation levels, oversight, and governance for AI-enabled workflows.
• Balance usability, reliability, security, cost, and performance in AI solutions.
