SD Worx Iberia is seeking a Payroll Consultant to help clients execute and optimise payroll processes, acting as their trusted advisor while you develop your technical knowledge and career.

You will manage personnel movements, payroll calculations, and provide labour-law guidance for local and international clients; the role requires Spanish and fluent English, with strong analytical and communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of relevant knowledge and/or experience in payroll management and labor law.
• A degree in Law, Business Administration, Labour Relations or a related field is valued.
• A strong interest in HR, especially payroll management and employment legislation.
• Previous experience with Integrho payroll engine is a strong advantage.
• Solid analytical skills and a natural interest in digital tools and applications.
• A strong eagerness to learn, paired with a customer‑oriented mindset and high attention to detail.
• Assertiveness and strong communication skills.
• A problem-solving and positive attitude, team spirit and a good sense of humour.
