SD Worx Iberia is seeking a Payroll Consultant to help clients execute and optimise payroll processes, acting as a trusted advisor while supporting your development in technical knowledge and career opportunities.

You will manage personnel movements, calculate payroll and communicate with official bodies, provide HR guidance, and support client management locally and across international accounts. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of relevant knowledge and/or experience in payroll management and labor law.
• A degree in Law, Business Administration, Labour Relations or a related field is valued.
• A strong interest in HR, especially in payroll management and employment legislation.
• Solid analytical skills and a natural interest in digital tools and applications.
• A strong eagerness to learn, paired with a customer‑oriented mindset and high attention to detail.
• Assertiveness and strong communication skills.
• A problem-solving and positive attitude, team spirit and a good sense of humour — we appreciate people who bring their own style and energy to the team.
• Spanish is essential and fluency in English.
