Control Risks in Madrid seeks an operations-focused professional to oversee client workstreams, manage tasks, and support delivery and business administration. You will streamline processes to drive efficiency and growth while maintaining alignment with company policies.

Key duties include client task management, invoicing support, reporting, and coordinating procurement with subcontractors. The role emphasizes communication, problem solving, and working effectively in a hybrid environment.

Formación

• Excellent face-to-face communication skills
• Strong track-record of problem solving, including in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Experience in Microsoft Office - especially Excel
• Experience in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
• Attention to detail
• Excellent time management and prioritisation
• Confident to raise concerns and discuss solutions

Responsabilidades

• Provide first level of client task management and record orders in internal system, escalating unclear orders
• Support the delivery management with day-to-day operational tasks and address issues
• Update client delivery trackers on a rolling basis
• Assist with outbound invoicing and inbound invoice checking
• Provide internal and external reports on database usage
• Manage subcontractor purchasing data input for purchase orders and supplier invoices
• Review and support purchasing and expenses process initiatives
• Ensure delivery team is trained with the required know-how
• Take operational ownership of one aspect of client delivery with Plan B if needed
• Ensure written communication with external stakeholders regarding this deliverable
• Escalate technical issues and potential solutions via appropriate channels
