SAMY Iberia in Madrid is seeking an Operational Manager to review and optimize processes for one of our key clients. Reporting to the Account Director, you will centralize knowledge, implement innovative strategies, and define new KPIs to drive operational excellence across Social Advocacy.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, develop data-driven performance frameworks, and push continuous improvement across Social, Influencer Marketing, and Social Commerce.

Formación

• Experience in large account management.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong ability to optimize workflows.
• Solid understanding of Social Advocacy.
• Languages: native Spanish and proficient English.

Responsabilidades

• Review and optimize processes for key client projects, implementing innovative strategies to improve efficiency.
• Develop data-driven KPIs and performance frameworks to support decision making.
• Drive innovation across Social Advocacy and related channels with cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage stakeholder alignment with internal teams, agencies, clients and external platforms.
• Support growth opportunities and action planning for the account.
• Integrate strategy and creativity with cross-functional teams across the Group's brands.
• Lead special projects delivering process and tool innovations for team efficiency.
• Build team capability through training in new methodologies and aligning with business goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends across Social, Influencer Marketing, and Social Commerce.
