• Knowledge of non-financial/operational/third-party risk management.
• Ability to analyze risk data, incidents, and KRIs and communicate insights to leadership.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and banking controls.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English; highly organized and proactive.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and outsourcing governance with regulatory engagement.
• Coordinate Operational Resilience framework, ICT risk oversight, and regulatory reporting.
• Provide independent operational risk oversight across incident management, scenario analysis, and losses.
• Act as trusted advisor on risk governance and escalation of issues affecting resilience and reputation.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships to strengthen the risk management framework.
