Apex Group, the global fund administrator, is expanding its Valencia operations and seeking an experienced Senior Associate – Operations. The role focuses on end-to-end payments, onboarding and back-office processes, requiring autonomy and collaboration with London colleagues.

You will contribute to scalable local operations within a hybrid Valencia office setup. Candidates should have financial services operations experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with FCA/CASS rules.

Formación

• Experience in financial services operations.
• Strong understanding of payments processes in an operational setting.
• Familiarity with FCA and client money rules (CASS) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute end-to-end payment processes across multiple systems.
• Maintain documentation for all payment activity for auditability.
• Monitor bank account activity, investigate breaks and resolve queries.
• Perform data processing to ensure accuracy across systems.
• Support reporting of payment activity to clients with complete information.
• Respond to client and internal queries clearly and professionally.
