Job summary

Apex Group is recruiting a Central Administration & Oversight Officer in Valencia. You will oversee fund administration activities, monitor NAV production, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in a dynamic international environment.

Working closely with internal teams and external providers, you will perform key controls, identify risks, and contribute to service excellence across our funds platform. Fluency in English and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Accounting/Finance/Economics or comparable studies.
• Ideal first experience in fund accounting, depositary services or audit.
• Knowledge of UCITS, AIFMD and Fund regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NAV production and fund accounting controls.
• Monitor regulatory and operational standards across funds.
• Review internal/external reports and communicate risks to management.
• Maintain regular service calls with service providers and drive process improvements.
