Facade Today seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead major events from concept to delivery in Madrid. The role requires at least 5 years’ experience in an events agency and strong coordination across budgets, logistics and client relations.

Fluent English is essential, German is a plus. The position offers flexible working hours, a wellness platform, English classes and occasional teleworking, with a focus on delivering high-impact live experiences.

Formación

• Senior Project Manager with at least 5 years’ experience in an events agency.
• Experience in production of large events, stands, roadshows and construction sites.
• Advanced level English; German is valuable.

Responsabilidades

• Preparation of budgets, feasibility analysis and supervision from concept to execution.
• Strategy development and planning to optimize time and resources.
• Operations management: analyze and improve operations systems and processes.
• Create roadbooks and process manuals; define policies.
• Coordinate event logistics: space reservations, accommodation, transfers, catering, staff, AV.
• Interact with clients to identify needs and propose adapted solutions.
• Manage contracts and legal matters in coordination with the legal team.
• PrepareTender documentation and collaborate with design teams.
• Review and manage presentations.

Hi there! One of the leading national architecture and events agencies with more than 25 years of experience connecting companies with their target audiences, both internally and externally. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Madrid team.

What are we looking for?

Senior Project Manager with at least 5 years’ experience in an events agency (essential requirement).

Responsibilities

• Preparation of budgets. Feasibility analysis and supervision of the project from its conceptual phase to the execution phase. Risk assessment, search for alternative solutions and management of necessary resources.
• Strategy development and planning, making the most of time and resources.
• Operations Management: Analysis, development and improvement of operations systems and processes.
• Creation of roadbooks and process manuals. Definition of policies and processes.
• Coordination of event logistics: space reservations, accommodation, transfers, catering, staff, audiovisuals, etc.
• Interlocution with the client throughout the event cycle to identify their needs and make adapted proposals.
• Management of legal matters (LOPD, NDA, contracts, collaboration agreements, permits, etc), in coordination with the legal team.
• Preparation of documentation for public and corporate tenders. Preparing proposals for clients together with the creative and design team.
• Review and management of presentations.
