GlaxoSmithKline seeks an Oncology and Hematology Portfolio Strategy Lead to drive launch readiness for late-stage assets in Spain. Based in Tres Cantos, you will unite Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Regulatory teams to translate portfolio ambitions into actionable launch plans that maximize patient and payer value.

You will coordinate governance, risk mitigation, and performance metrics, ensuring timely cross-functional execution and robust forecasting.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biotechnology, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years in leading pharmaceutical product launches.
Experience in similar leadership roles in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in Oncology and/or Hematology.
Experience operating in a complex matrix organisation and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong strategic planning and project management capability, with the ability to translate insight into executable plans.
Fluency in both Spanish and English – written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

Lead strategic planning and execution of launch readiness for late-stage pipeline assets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal & Compliance, Communications, and Global/Regional partners.
Develop and manage market and patient journey assessments, forecasting, value proposition and positioning, governance, and launch milestones.
