Revolution Medicines in Madrid seeks a Marketing Director to lead the Spain launch and commercialization strategy for our oncology portfolio. You will work with Market Access, Sales and Medical Affairs to ensure pricing, reimbursement, evidence generation and market dynamics are reflected in a pragmatic plan.

Formación

• Advanced degree in biotechnology, life sciences, business administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in biotech/pharma with marketing, sales, or product planning in oncology.
• Proven track record launching and commercializing products in Spain.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration in an international setting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and tactical plans to support commercialization of Revolution Medicines portfolio in Spain.
• Collaborate with global, European, and local cross-functional teams to maximize product value in Spain and Portugal.
• Generate market insights to inform commercial strategy, tactical execution, product forecasts, and launch planning.
• Partner with Medical Affairs to support an integrated scientific and thought leadership strategy.
• Localize and implement European strategy through programs and channels, including events, webinars, congresses, content, direct mail, and digital advertising.
• Develop innovative initiatives addressing market challenges, unmet needs, and opportunities.
• Lead affiliate congress planning and execution in alignment with European guidelines.
• Establish relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Develop aligned messaging, promotional materials, and field force tools.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, stakeholder insights, and therapeutic hurdles.
• Comply with laws and policies governing Revolution Medicines staff.
• Visibly embody corporate Core Values while cultivating an energized team culture focused on patient impact.
