IQVIA Biotech is seeking a Sr Clinical Trial Manager - Oncology to lead complex, multi-regional trials. You will drive clinical delivery, recruit effectively, and manage quality and timelines across the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong GCP/ICH knowledge, excellent stakeholder communication, and financial oversight to ensure successful study completion. Occasional site visits and coordination with sponsor teams are expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in health care or a scientific discipline.
• 5+ years of clinical trial management experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver multi-regional clinical trials in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage recruitment targets and recruitment strategies for trials.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and oversee quality across studies.
• Oversee project finances including estimates and changes (EAC).
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and report milestones.
• Mentor team members and participate in bid defense as needed.
