Job summary

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Clinical Project Manager/Senior Clinical Project Manager with oncology focus to oversee full-service trials across global/regional Ph I–IV in a CRO setting. You will drive project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage client relationships, budgets and timelines.

You will lead study proposals, costings and bid defenses, contribute to protocol development, and ensure quality and compliance across international trials.

Qualifications

• Degree or similar life science qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in a full-service/global Project Management role in CRO.
• 4+ years of PM experience in clinical trials, CRO setting.
• Experience leading oncology studies and global trials.

Responsibilities

• Lead independent clinical projects within budget and scope, including international trials.
• Serve as primary client liaison for service delivery and proposals.
• Coordinate project team and senior management across Precision and sponsors.
• Manage all aspects of a clinical trial or trials (data management, safety, biostatistics).
• Prepare project status updates and define key deliverables and KPIs.
• Prepare and review study documentation such as protocols, consent forms, budgets.
