Job summary

IQVIA Biotech is seeking an experienced CPM/Sr CPM to join our established team. The role requires 4+ years of regional/global CPM experience with oncology trial background; candidates will lead studies, manage cross-functional teams, and drive delivery, quality and budget adherence.

You will develop study plans, monitor progress, manage risks, support customer relationships, and contribute to operational excellence across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience including 1+ years project management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of the field with related education and experience.
• Knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP).
• Therapeutic area knowledge with oncology focus is a plus.
• Strong understanding of project financials and contractual obligations.
• Ability to communicate value through IQVIA Biotech solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Execute clinical studies or assigned portions per contract, ensuring speed, quality and cost targets.
• Set team objectives aligned with contract and strategy, communicating performance.
• Lead bid defense presentations and potentially smaller regional studies.
• Develop integrated study management plans with core project team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to achieve milestones and manage issues.
• Monitor progress and proactively share project information with stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and timeline.
