Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid seeks a Senior Project Manager to provide strategic leadership for global clinical trials in Immunology, Dermatology, Respiratory and Ophthalmology. You will partner with sponsors and cross-functional teams to deliver studies from start-up to close-out, ensuring quality, timelines and budgets are met.

You’ll lead multi-regional trials, build trusted sponsor relationships, and drive continuous improvement across regions while adhering to ICH-GCP and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of clinical research experience with global/multi-regional trials
• Experience leading Immunology, Dermatology, Respiratory, Ophthalmology studies is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to build trusted sponsor relationships and manage senior stakeholders in a global environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex global and multi-regional studies, driving operational excellence and successful study outcomes
• Serve as the primary strategic partner for sponsors, providing leadership and innovative solutions
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams across regions, fostering collaboration and high performance
• Oversee study timelines, budgets, quality, risks and delivery to ensure study success
• Drive proactive risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment throughout the study lifecycle
• Ensure studies are compliant with ICH-GCP and regulatory commitments
